When a government is run by generals and career politicians, it’s hard to see how the people actually have any say in their leadership. Vietnam’s one-party system shows exactly why centralized power is a bad idea. Real freedom comes from limited government and individual rights, not from reshuffling political elites. The fact that the National Assembly voted unanimously just screams lack of real choice.
